At PoddyToddy Embroidery, each order is custom-made with love and precision. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your items.

✂️ Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for:

  • Design digitizing

  • Embroidery production

  • Quality control and packaging

If your order is urgent, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

🚚 Shipping Options (Australia-Wide)

We ship via trusted couriers to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.

  • Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5business days

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

 

Express Post: $20

Standard Post: $15.95

 

 

Notes: 

Delivery times are set by the courier and we can't take responsibility for any delays encountered by our shipping partners. 

We'll package your purchase to keep it safe and looking beautiful when it arrives on your doorstep. However, sometimes things happen which are out of our control. If there's a problem with your order, email us at contact@poddytoddy.com.au and we'll get on it for you.

    • Material: Cotton / Elastin / Jersey 
    • Children's apparel includes a special backing called 'Tender Touch'. This is a soft mesh which covers the backside of the embroidered design to ensure your child's comfort and safety.

    • Wash before use 
    • Line dry our of direct sunlight to avoid fading

    Note: We will embroider your names / message exactly as you type it. Please ensure spelling and punctuation (capitals) are correct. Once embroidered, we can't make changes.
