📦 Shipping & Processing Information

At PoddyToddy Embroidery, each order is custom-made with love and precision. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your items.

✂️ Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for:

  • Design digitizing

  • Embroidery production

  • Quality control and packaging

If your order is urgent, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

🚚 Shipping Options (Australia-Wide)

We ship via trusted couriers to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.

  • Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5business days

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

 

Express Post: $20

Standard Post: $15.95

 

 

Notes: 

Delivery times are set by the courier and we can't take responsibility for any delays encountered by our shipping partners. 

We'll package your purchase to keep it safe and looking beautiful when it arrives on your doorstep. However, sometimes things happen which are out of our control. If there's a problem with your order, email us at contact@poddytoddy.com.au and we'll get on it for you.

    The perfect housewarming, kitchen tea, bridal shower or 'just because' bundle, our Delight Gift Box contains all our favourite kitchen goodies for foodies and food fans alike. 

    Personalise one of the tea towels and the apron with a name, nickname or the family name for a special touch.

    Bundle Includes:

    3 x cotton tea towels (choice of colour theme: pepper, basil or cinnamon)

    3 x spice jars

    Care Instructions

    • Warm, gentle wash with similar colours before use
    • Warm, gentle wash regularly with ongoing use
    • Tumble Dry to maintain softness
    • Do not iron
    • Limit exposure to direct sunlight to avoid fading

    Notes: 

    There is a lead time of 1-2 weeks on gift boxes.

    We will embroider your names / message exactly as you type it. Please ensure spelling and punctuation (capitals) are correct. Once embroidered, we can't make changes. 

    You will notice a Plastic toping on the top and white backing behind the embroidered section of your product. This is a stabiliser used to guarantee a top quality, long-lasting embroidered finish. The backing will dissolve when you wash the product. Please do not pull or tear it off.
