All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for:

  • Design digitizing

  • Embroidery production

  • Quality control and packaging

If your order is urgent, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We ship via trusted couriers to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.

  • Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5business days

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

    Note :

    When you upload picture on a garment through embroidery, the image needs to be converted into a special file format called a PES file. This process involves re-digitizing the image using specialised software, 

    Please Upload  a Clear picture 

    Once the PES file is created, it can be loaded into an embroidery machine to embroider the image onto the garment. However, if you make changes to your logo in the future, you will need to pay an additional fee to have it re-digitized and create a new PES file for the updated design.

    We will embroider your names / message exactly /Art work as you type  or Upload it. Please ensure spelling and punctuation (capitals)  and Art work are correct. Once embroidered, we can't make change.
